To keep your critter looking its best, never use cleaning solvents such as glass cleaner or furniture polish, as these can damage the patina. Instead, gently clean your piece using warm water, a mild soap (like Ivory dish soap), and a soft nylon bristle brush or sponge.

We want you to be thrilled with your critters! Items may be returned in original condition within 30 days of receipt for a refund or store credit, at our discretion.

A 40% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

If an item arrives damaged, a refund or partial credit may be offered based on the extent of the damage.

Custom orders are non-returnable.

1. Issuance and Use

1.1. Wild Critter Company ("Company") offers gift cards that can be purchased in any dollar amount, giving you the flexibility to choose the value that works best for your needs. Popular preset options include $50, $100, $250, $500, and $1000.
1.2. Gift cards are issued by Wild Critter Company and may be redeemed exclusively for merchandise or services offered by the Company through its official website or authorized in-person locations.
1.3. Gift cards never expire, carry no activation or service fees, and are not subject to maintenance or inactivity charges.

2. Redemption

2.1. Gift cards may be redeemed for eligible purchases on the Wild Critter Company website or at any location designated by the Company.
2.2. Gift cards are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash or credit, except as required by applicable law.
2.3. Any remaining balance on a gift card may be applied toward future purchases until the full value is exhausted.

3. Delivery

3.1. Digital gift cards are delivered electronically to the recipient via the email address provided at the time of purchase.
3.2. Physical gift cards (if offered) will be shipped within 3–5 business days from the date of purchase, to the mailing address specified at checkout.

4. Expiration and Responsibility

4.1. Wild Critter Company gift cards do not expire.
4.2. The Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of gift cards. Ownership and risk of loss pass to the purchaser or designated recipient upon delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1. Merchandise purchased using a gift card is subject to Wild Critter Company's standard return and exchange policies.
5.2. Refunds for returned merchandise originally paid for with a gift card will be reissued to the original gift card or as store credit, at the Company’s sole discretion.

6. General Terms

6.1. Wild Critter Company reserves the right to modify or update this Gift Card Policy at any time, without prior notice, subject to applicable laws.
6.2. Use of a gift card constitutes acceptance of this policy in full.
